Is Stephen King Heading to The Walking Dead?

Castmember Laurie Holden, who plays Andrea on the AMC series, revealed the programme during the show's panel at Chicago's C2E2 on Saturday.

King confirmed the possibility to Entertainment Weekly, locution that chief shaper Frank Darabont "has spoken enthusiastic interest for season 2 or possibly 3."
Darabont directed three films supported on King's work, including Shawshank Redemption, The Green Mile and The Mist. Having collaborated on two prison-set films, it would only attain significance for King to write for the program meet as they're effort to the prison from the comics. Just us?
