Richard Hatch is way backwards to jail.

The prototypal Survivor winner, who is currently appearing on Celebrity Apprentice, was questionable to re-file his 2000 and 2001 taxes to clear what he owed, but unsuccessful to do so, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Hatch module help a nine-month sentence.

"As far as I crapper tell, you've prefabricated no try to put some money into the government's coffers," U.S. District Court Judge William Smith said.

Hatch previously spent three years in situation after imperfectness to clear taxes on the $1 million he won on Survivor. He was free in 2009.

Richard Hatch dispatched backwards to jail

Smith told Hatch during Friday's sentencing: "It needs to be a severe punishment. That's the exclusive thing that module counsel you in the future."

He ordered him to help 26 months' supervised release, during which 25 proportionality of Hatch's gross income would be garnished and paid to the Internal Revenue Service.

Hatch is to inform to slammer on Monday.
