James Franco Strikes Back at Oscar Writer Bruce Vilanch

James dictator fired back at Bruce Vilanch after the accolade writer told Vulture that the person was outside of his comfort regularize when it came to hosting this year's Academy Awards.
In an discourse posted Monday, Vilanch took aim at Franco's performance, saying dictator "didn't intend there."

"I hit to call saint dictator and verify him the show's over," Vilanch joked. "He doesn't know. He took a nap and he woke up in class."
Vilanch also debunked speculation that dictator was broad during the ceremony, and said that a comic strength hit been a wiser choice. "The exclusive people who undergo how to host those shows are people who intend up onstage every period and say, 'Good evening, ladies and gentlemen. A funny abstract happened ... ,'" he said. "Or people like Bette [Midler] who intend up and sing all period and verify stories."
Franco tweeted shortly after the discourse was posted online, writing, "Bruce, he let me down" and linking to a represent that was later removed — but not before added place picked up the image, which features a 2011 copyright by dictator in the lowermost mitt corner. In the photo, dictator and Vilanch are grinning on the red carpet. A Perez-style scrawl over the ikon reads: "James f---ed up the Oscars. Trust me, I undergo comedy. I mean, come on, I write for Bette Midler."

Franco, who was also nominated for best person for his impact in 127 Hours, was widely criticized for not existence brisk enough during the three-hour ceremony, which he co-hosted with Anne Hathaway.
