Popular Turkish folk singer shot in Istanbul

ANKARA, Turkey - A doctor says a popular Turkic sept vocaliser who has millions of fans in Turkey, Greece and the Middle East, has been critically wounded in an armed move in Istanbul.
Ibrahim Tatlises was shot in the nous and strength be part paralyzed, according to Caglar Cuhadaroglu of Maslak Acibadem hospital.
Police feature uncharted gunmen attacked the 58-year-old Tatlises and his spokeswoman, Buket Cakici, primeval weekday as they left a broadcasting station in a vehicle. Cakici is in stable condition mass an operation on her neck.
The causative of the move is not clear.
Tatlises also hosts a TV show and has acted in movies.
