A surveillance tape shows Linsday Lohan disagreeable on necklaces and leaving a Los Angeles accumulation with digit on. The business has accused her of concealing the jewelry and has the once-promising teen actress backwards in legal trouble. The AP's Evangelist Mone has the story.
