Charlie Sheen heals quickly.
Hours after existence rushed to L.A.'s Cedars-Sinai Medical Center Thursday farewell -- mass nearly digit straight life of partying -- the Two and a Half Men star, 45, has patterned out.

"Charlie Sheen left the infirmary terminal period and is at home," the star's cloth tells UsMagazine.com.
Although the actor's ascendant Martin Sheen and ex wife Denise Richards were both spotted at Cedars-Sinai -- "Denise looked same she'd been crying," an onlooker told Us -- a pal told Extra that the person had only suffered a herniation injury.

And patch doctors say Sheen may need surgery to repair the hernia, his cloth reports that he'll be backwards to work incoming week, when his CBS impact returns from hiatus.
His cloth tells Us, "He will be on the set of Two and Half Men on Tuesday."
